We had a problem with our shower mixing valve and another plumbing firm charged us twice for repairs, before finally giving up and saying we needed a new one. So we paid a carpenter to disassemble a closet system and cut a hole in the wall and the plumber said they could not even get to it for 2 weeks! 2 weeks with only one working shower was not acceptable so I called Tammy at Trethewey Brothers and she sent out Paul who repaired the original unit and saved us the couple of grand it would have cost to replace the old one! TBros - Trethewey Brothers are our go to plumbers. Reliable and quick service. They really know their stuff and do their work with integrity. We've been using them now for ten years, maybe longer and at this point I wouldn't use anyone else. Our water heater let go as they do. We got same day service and they made the appointments for the Boston City official inspection. Great people.
The team at TBros is phenomenal. I have had several jobs done by the various teams. I have had plumbing, high-end, furnace, troubleshooting, and repair, furnace maintenance, etc. impeccable work and follow through.
