This firm represented the estate of my children’s father ( on behalf of his current wife). Once the estate was settled the attorney mailed the cashiers check to the wrong address. Not only that, the attorney sent it using FedEx without it having to be signed for. The attorney never called my kids to verify their mailing address before mailing. Then The attorney called a week after mailing it to see if my kids received it. Now my kids have to wait to see if someone cashes the check and if no one cashes it then they will issue... read more
