The location is nice with the view of the bay, the haircut was decent, but I felt like I was being rushed in and out of there by my hairstylist. She didn’t wash my hair, which I consider mandatory when getting a haircut from a top tier establishment.

Booked a haircut with Sierra. I have long, fine hair but lots of it. I asked for long layers throughout with face framing layers. She listened to my concerns and to we had a great convo. I was really happy with my cut. But the best part was a few days later when I styled my hair and absolutely loved the way it fell and how the layers came through if that makes sense. Love my haircut again after a long time 😁

Absolutely disgusted by the service. I called ahead asking to cancel or rescheduled my appointment because I am CONTAGIOUS and they canceled and still charged my card $370 !!!! Manager was not there to respond. Been a client for 2years, I am absolutely appalled by the client service
