Tresp, Day & Associates handled my particularly complex estate planning, and their exceptional knowledge lived up to their reputation. Prompt communication, reasonable fees, and a level of experience I couldn't find elsewhere. I recommend them for anyone with more complicated estates.
Paid $15,000 for a domestic asset protection trust plan which essentially did nothing for me. My assets were not protected as I soon found out after a civil judgement was rendered against me and I was summonded for a debtor's exam. Kevin Day gave me his pitch via a Zoom call and then I never heard from him after that. Now they just flat out don't respond to my calls and emails.
Contacted Tresp, Day & Associates as a small business owner to assist with a complex matter that crossed over into my personal life. Johnny Nitti was assigned to assist me with my matter. Mr. Nitti was professional, gave very sound advice, provided multiple options/end-result choices while sighting foreseen/possible risks.
