I had a very disappointing experience working with attorney Michele Fischbein and her law firm. After paying for our trust, we primarily worked with Korissa, who had to revise multiple drafts because our names and other basic information were repeatedly misspelled. These were avoidable errors that should have been caught before documents were sent to clients. When we raised concerns, communication became increasingly poor. Paid $15,000 for a domestic asset protection trust plan which essentially did nothing for me. My assets were not protected as I soon found out after a civil judgement was rendered against me and I was summonded for a debtor's exam. Kevin Day gave me his pitch via a Zoom call and then I never heard from him after that. Now they just flat out don't respond to my calls and emails.
