Absolutely appalling and incredibly rude experience. We were genuinely interested in buying an item, but the owner’s attitude seemed to change the moment she heard our accents. After we simply asked about the item, she actually kicked us out. We can’t say for certain what her reason was, but we were made to feel extremely unwelcome and disrespected. Completely unacceptable way to treat potential customers.
I had such a fabulous experience with my in store visit to TRÉSORS. The customer service was incredible and not to mention that this beautiful boutique store provides such a unique experience. Worth a visit? Absolutely! Thanks TRÉSORS team!
