Good experience. The loan was laid out as we wanted it, with terms that were to our liking. The process closed as promised in a timely manner.
Very unprofessional, extremely slow at getting things done, and highly unorganized. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with a lender. I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but his lack of professionalism caused unnecessary chaos and almost cost us the deal. Thankfully, our new lender stepped in, cleaned up the mess, and is now getting us to closing.
This lender worked very efficiently and quickly considering the situation at hand. I knew what documentation was needed and was able to expedite my loan in a timely manner.
