Rachael and Anna were absolutely outstanding!! Their professionalism, reliability and sense of humour made what could have been a stressful situation seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure our urgent calibration was completed promptly and efficiently. The level of service and communication was exceptional from start to finish. Fantastic service. Had my flukes calibrated there. Rachel was absolutely fantastic in getting it sorted quickly as any downtime without a fluke is costly. Can not recommend them enough. They're the best for a very good reason.
