We have been using TresCal as our calibration service for 20 years and we are very satisfied with the service .
I'm an Engineering Tech. in a semiconductor company and I handle most of our up to 200 tools/equipments calibrations. I'm looking for alternative or back up calibration company nearby and someone referred me to Trescal to reach out. So I did call, left a message twice, emailed, request for a quote and I did and I did and I did. Called many times but no avail. So after all that, I knew what kind of customer service they have.
Our experience with the Santa Clara Trescal group has not been a good one. My advice would be to steer clear of this organization until they figure out the whole "voice of the customer" thing.
