Dr. Ratterman is a wonderful doctor but the wait time to see her is ridiculous. We always get to the office 30 minutes early and we literally are waiting for hours. Right now she is 1.5 hours behind. How would she like it if I was 1.5 hours late? She wouldn’t see my son is how it would go. I understand that she wants to see her patients and make them feel special but most people want to be in and out. This office has slowly went downhill...Thankfully I only have a few more years of pediatric do

She is the best of the best for someone to take care of your child ,she has taken care of my boys , one had cat scratch fever an my youngest son was born with club foot ,heart an breathing problems an she knew I was so scared for him to have sugry only a few months old ,she will always for ever be my HERO , love an miss you ,this world needs more Dr"s like you an beleave me ,we need them for all ages
Dr. Ratterman has been the pediatrician for my older daughter who is 7 and now our youngest who is a year old. Her patience and understanding when it comes to a sick child or a parents fears is unparalleled. My daughters have seen other doctors, but none of them have matched Doctor Ratterman in her knowledge, experience, and patient care.
