I can't recommend living at Tres Vistas Apartments in El Paso. My biggest concerns are the persistent roach problem and what appears to be a failing retaining wall behind some of the buildings. During my time there, I repeatedly saw roaches coming out of the water heater closet in my apartment. When reported, maintenance treated and sealed, but also told me to keep expecting roaches because they were coming from neighboring units.
