Michelle Mata is a great agent, highly recommend. We got in touch with her because we were interested in buying a property to return to our hometown during the Covid situation. She was capable to adjust the 2hrs time difference from El Paso, to the Eastern time zone for our vitual meetings. We got our home back in January! We were constantly checking our home while it was being built. The realtor at the time made us feel like everything was being addressed and to our surprise nothing was addressed until a few days before our closing date. Even after we moved into our house it took over two months to address most of these issues with the warranty department. Our home is beautiful but the service we received could’ve been better.
Carla Smith is very short and rude, doesn't know how to work with the public.
