Every time I got an oil change, you gave me a sticker and a stamp card. After collecting ten stamps, I’m supposed to get one free oil change. I’ve done ten oil changes here and have all ten stickers on my windshield, but I lost some cards and don’t have all the stamps anymore. Now you’re refusing to honor the free oil change. All I can say is—well done. Your business must be doing so well that you don’t need customers like me anymore. Goodbye.
