HORRIBLE customer service. Called twice over the past two days, the first time the phone was answered horrendously rude, I asked if they did men’s haircuts, she said yes, I said thank you and the response was a very short “bye”and her hanging up. I called again today to ask the pricing, she said $20 and I asked if there was any availability for the day, to which she said “No” and remained silent for 10 seconds. Would not recommend! It took over 6 hours to get my hair dyed and it didn’t turn out even close to what I had asked for. I never post negative reviews but after trying to contact Nichol repeatedly, I thought I would warn everyone. The reference photo I showed vs what I got are attached. I’ve had my hair dyed many times, and it has never looked like this. I was told that my hair would “brighten up” after I washed it but it has gotten progressively more orange.
