Disappointed, Very Disappointed. This happened at around 3pm. You’d think that with a store that has no customers, they would be happy to see them as they enter the store, but NOPE WAS I WRONG…. My sister and I came in today to look for a gown for a gala I am attending in a few weeks. We were both excited to look at dresses, when the lady working came over with barely a greeting, however, eyed my sister up and down like she was disgusted by her(my sister was wearing black pants, a sweater and touque). I had an amazing experience at Tres Chic. I found the perfect Mother of the Bride Dress for my daughter’s wedding and I’m so excited about the dress I just purchased. The service was excellent and alterations were made in the same day so I could take it home . I highly recommend this store!! 🥰
Went in and went to the front desk and said “I have an appointment” and was met with an “okay”. They asked my wedding date and said morning more. So I looked around and waited to be helped. They asked if I liked anything a bit later, and I said yes but that I didn’t know my size or what to do if I found something I liked. They asked if I had been measured for sizes and I said no, and they said “okay” and said I could take a dress I was holding into the change room.
