Faye is really great! I found the great wedding dress because of her.
They have such knowledgeable and caring staff. If you want to get great service with professional staff check this shop out. By far a way better experience that the large dress shops.
Amazing experience! Walked in and the first dress she picked for me was the one. So knowledgeable and helpful
I wish I could give this store 0 stars. The store was empty and the employees did not acknowledge us as we walked in. Two staff were behind the desk and were doing nothing. Nobody asked us once if we needed help. Instead they just kept looking us up and down. Was looking for a wedding dress but left due to the shocking behaviour of the employees here. I would recommend nobody gives their money to this place. It does seem like this is a common experience based on other reviews.
If i could rate higher that’s what i would do! They are amazing , i am from out of Edmonton but they have the sweetest people working there! Amazing customer service and amazing selection of dresses!! 10/10 would recommend to someone in need of a dress
