Steve and Tres-Bon have been so helpful! I recently called them to get a stain out of an area rug. They were prompt and very helpful – even took care of it on short notice for a party I had coming up. I'd highly recommend them.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I have used this company in the past but the last time, 3 days ago, was a VERY TERRIBLE experience. The employee they have now tripped 3 breakers AND DID NOT TELL US, His machine started smoking and leaked water all over my floor so I gave him a towel which he left on the floor saturated with water. I gave them my $900.00 rug to be cleaned at their shop. When he returned the rug it was stained and ripped . I hired Tres Bon Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners to come to my home for a simple job...clean 3 rooms of carpeting upstairs and stretch one room. This job should have taken 2-3 hours per the owner Steve. The "technician" he sent was here for almost 6 hours. At one point I walked in the kitchen and he was standing there playing on his phone. His machine, which he placed at the bottom of my stairs, leaked the entire time and warped my downstairs flooring. When asked what kind of stain I had in my rug I told him it was tea. He replied okay no problem we can get that out. When they came to pick up my rug they asked again what kind of stain it was and I told them the same answer and got the same response. When the rug was returned and rolled back out the stain was still there! I asked him what happened and he again asked what the stain was from and I again said TEA! Rude and unprofessional. I scheduled my whole day around this appointment. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and rearranged my day. At almost 8:30 no one had shown so I called. He said he was there at 8 and left because we didn’t answer door. We were all home waiting staring out of the windows every 5 minutes. Very disappointed.
