My girls and I won’t be returning back to this shop. My hair suffered breakage after getting a relaxer and unfortunately, I continued my services there. My daughter just recently got her hair relaxed and the day after it was done, is when we noticed her hair also suffered breakage. I contacted Crystal about what happened and her attitude was nonchalant and stated she don’t know what could’ve happened. This is unacceptable!!
