Jackie is amazing! This was the best facial I’ve ever had—my skin has never looked or felt this good. She’s so personable, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and tailor everything to my needs. We set up a skincare schedule and even talked about adding in spa days. I’m so glad I found her—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!
For starters I booked for 2:15, which they told me was the last opening, and said I could come as early as 2pm. I even called the day of to confirm due to being a first time out of town guest. Waiting (although brief) and undressing time was not taken into account so the appointment time should have been 2pm and I should have been told come at 1:45. I love Tres Aurae Spa! Been going here for years and it’s absolutely amazing. BEST massage and facial! Would highly recommend !
I had an amazing facial with Isabel! She was so welcoming and really educated me on the products she was using and how they’d benefit my skin. I left feeling a million times better and I will absolutely be back!!
