Very poor customer service, Multiple personal calls /texts during service. Was told to clean off extra wax myself before employee left room. Prices are a-la-cart, charge per arm, probably per eyebrow too?!
Buyer beware!! Customer service very poor..(multiple personal calls/texts during service) Then employee left room, and told me to clean up x-tra wax myself (given cloth and nearly empty bottle of cream), Then at checkout was told they charge PER each arm. (Web site is plural as well as MANY other shops Iv'e visited) an overall BAD experience.
