We had previously worked with the Trents on a carpet cleaning job before our basement flooded. When we discovered the flooding, we reached out to them right away, and they arrived early the next day to start mitigating the water damage. Once the damaged material was removed, they helped us work with our insurance company to get our claim submitted and provided great ideas for restoring our basement. Took three weeks to do the job that shouldn’t have taken that long and was told they would move the cabinets and things and that was not done i had to do it myself and when i told them i was unhappy didnt trying and fix any of the issues. Didn’t even give me a receipt when i was done paying.i apologize i wrote the review for my 90 year old grandfather who had no business doing and moving of any items and was very unhappy and I reached out several times to help him try and resolve the issues and we got ignored.
