I didn’t need transmission work. But today I blew a tire. I’m pregnant and was having a stressful day. I didn’t know what to do. I happened to be in front of the shop and they helped me out. I am so grateful for their help. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!
Servicing My Transmission...good work and very dependable
Honestly if I could I would give this place 0 stars. Honestly the owner does not hold up his word at all. Paid for a rebuilt transmission was told it would take a few days. A month later work is supposedly done. No communication on what is going on with vehicle. Once returned to us exhaust wasnt attached in the front. Starter gears grinding. And vehicle needs an alignment. Was told to rent a SUV in place of my SUV that they had in their shop over two weeks of it being there that they would reimburse us. Did so and then they ... read more
brought my traverse into their shop. was told it was only going to take 2 days to rebuild the transmission in my vehicle. we paid for the repair. took a whole month with barely any communication of what was going on. they started to pay for a rental and then decided to only pay what they felt they wanted to pay instead of what they agreed to originally. their one worker was great at giving information. owner and front desk female not so much.
They diagnosed and repaired my 2013 Explorer in the time promised - Took it in on a Friday and had it back on Monday. (They replaced the rack and pinion) Feels like a new vehicle!
Do not use for transmission work... took a car in, had transmission put in, warranty was 12 mos or 12000 miles. The transmission went out after 10000 miles and 12 1/2 mos. Went to talk to them and got nothing but a run around. Kept telling me they would check into it cause it should have lasted.. They said they would help, but fi nally had to take to ealership cause needed my car, new tyranny with 3 yr warranty was about the price they charged. Dealership told me it had the wrong fluid in and that's why it went out. I called... read more
