can't say enough good things about the plumbing team. we had a bad sewer line backup, and when i called, the receptionist was very kind and got a plumber scheduled the same day. roger even arrived about 2 hours earlier than the original time window, which really helped. roger was one of the nicest plumbers i've met and explained the whole sewer repair process in simple detail before starting. i also asked for a camera scope inspection because i thought our older sewer line might have some problems. the good news was they cle... read more

i highly recommend kline llc. roger went above and beyond to help with a plumbing issue at my home in southlake. i first thought the septic tank was the problem and asked about having it pumped, but after checking everything carefully, roger explained that it was not full enough to be causing the backup. he gave me the option to go ahead with the service since it would be needed soon, and i appreciated the honest advice. he then took more time to inspect the line and found that the real problem was a blockage in the pipes. h... read more

Derek and Jared came out to help with the low water pressure at my home. They first checked the valve and tried a repair, but when that did not fully solve the issue, they replaced the bad pressure reducing valve with a new PRV.
