I highly recommend the plumbing team in Southlake. We recently had a very tough situation when a stray cat got into our basement and sadly ended up in the sump pump pit and drain pipes. Jared and Roger were incredibly compassionate and professional throughout the whole process. i had a really good experience with this plumbing company in southlake. i called them on the weekend about a stubborn clog in my main line, and they actually answered and scheduled a time that worked for me. jared came out, quickly found where the blockage was, and used a jetting tool twice to clear it. he even ran a camera through the line to double-check everything. when the camera results weren’t completely clear, they suggested i reach out to my septic service for a second opinion. jared and roger then came back the next... read more

We recently used Kline LLC for the second time, and once again, they did a great job clearing out our plumbing, even coming out during snowy weather. We are very happy with their professionalism and quality work. When we bought our home in Southlake, the basement plumbing started backing up within the first year. My 13-year-old water heater started leaking and soaked my living room carpet. Of course, these things never happen during regular business hours. I remembered that a plumber from Kline LLC lived just up my street in Southlake, as I had seen his work van nearby. Roger was professional, quick, polite, and knew exactly how to replace my water heater. Even after a full day of work, he stayed late to install the new water heater and a new water regulator.
