I found Dr Overall and his staff outstanding! Dr Overall was extremely approachable and receptive to questions regarding my healthcare. Very positive experience.
The office setting provided calm and peace. The front end staff was considerate and friendly. The wait time was minimal. The MA, scribe, and provider were excellent. Kelsie Montgomery, NP demonstrated knowledge, compassion, active listening, and partnered with my loved one to create a plan that felt comfortable , attainable, and most importantly offered hope.
Dr. Overall & Dr. Montgomery have been informative and pleasant when we have seen them. Dr. Overall had my wife have an EEG. It's been over two weeks and have no results. I have called 5 times with promises of return calls. No response received. Why have a procedure done if they won't tell you the results. No excuses. Poor service.
