Went to the Halloween day out Brilliant Lots for kids to do and see Plenty of time to explore all things Halloween Pumpkin carvings were amazing. Pantomime was fun All in all excellent day out and we used our yearly passes so bargain.
Really disappointed with how misled we were with the haloween event. We paid £56 and asked what was available (it sounded great) as we did not enter until 2.30pm-ish so wanted to check we weren't too late. We literally had ZERO haloween attractions available to us and a little girl in tears. Why weren't we told about this when we asked before paying entrance?? I have emailed them a far more detailed account to complain about it and received a pleasant response but received no form of compensation (some tickets for future use... read more
Fabulous place and excellent food and great staff.
Nice place to visit .. had nice hot chocolate and slice of lemon cake from the cafe on 1st floor. It gets busy here very quickly and popular in the stoke area
