We dined here on a whim to get away from the in-town crowd. We liked the sound of menu items but were very disappointed with our entrees. The 8 oz swordfish special was more like 4 oz and was served over overcooked rice that was honestly inedible. My husband ordered the lamb, which was $45 and the portion was ridiculously small, maybe 3-4 ounces and overcooked. When the server asked how things were, we were honest about our disappointment. Extremely rude staff. They pick who they want to serve
Food was excellent, staff was attentive. Live music was so so. Nice place.
Truly one of the worst meals I've had. The cucumber salad was rotten and had to be sent back. The fact any chef would even consider giving it to a customer is unthinkable. Lamb was egregiously over cooked, wild rice was raw. And, it is priced like a nice restaurant. I don't ever write reviews like this, but it's important others are aware. Stay away
We went into Trenta to sit at the bar and have drinks and food. We were pretty hungry and were ready to spend $$. Upon entering we were greeted by a hostess who told us "good luck" in regard to finding seats. There were 2 barstools right in the middle of the bar, no problem. And there we sat. And sat. And sat.
