I saw Dr. Williams today for the first time. After examining me, Dr Williams explained my condition to me clearly (including drawing diagrams). He then spelled out the next steps that would be taken to determine the ultimate resolution. I appreciate his honesty, matter-of-fact-ness, and logical approach. In addition, the office staff was very professional and helpful.
Incompetent, disrespectful and patient abandonment. No way to contact his “office”. When I saw Dr. Williams, I waited for over an hour in the lobby and then an additional hour once taken back to a room. I told him I didn’t want to do pelvic floor therapy again, he said he wouldn’t push it- ultimately that is what he was supposed to send me for. I was told he didn’t know what is wrong, not even a guess, but he also said it’s not fixable, not just by him but by anyone… even though he didn’t have any clue at what the problem is... read more
Poor follow up. They assured me my prescriptions would be sent to pharmacist. Waited 2 hrs at the pharmacy no prescriptions received. Call doctor's office. They assured me it would be sent by end of day. Next day still no prescriptions. Called again and they had me leave message for nurse, 48 hrs later and still no response. Called again waited on hold the usual 45 min receptionist tells me all she can do is leave a message for the nurse. This was a terrible experience. I literally left the office in tears. He was recommended to me my Physical Therapist because they had heard nothing but good comments from other patients. The only thing I can think is that he had absolutely no interest in helping me. He was in a rush the entire time I saw him (which in told was maybe 15 minutes...and I'm being gracious) and on two occasions I had to ask him to stop from leaving the room because I had questions or wanted him to look at records I brought. Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at the doctors office. Dr. Williams couldn’t be bothered to take five minutes to listen to what I was here for. Continue to interrupt me when I was trying to tell him about my symptoms just so he could finish his exam and get out of the room. He literally couldn’t leave the room fast enough. Absolutely terrible physician. He needs to retire. I’ve been in medicine 26 years and I would never treat a patient the way he treated me. He should be embarrassed my how he just treated me.
