I Had a great experience with Dr. Treadway and Laura. I came to them in enormous pain, headache, numbness, in hands. After, surgery I could immediately use my right hand again, no headache, ect I had cervical 3-7 disk removal/replace and and stabilizing front with the metal plates that span 2 vertebrae Dr Treadway and Laura treaded me with kindness, and help make the aftercare process better! I would absolutely recommend Treadway!
I am a retired critical care RN. I worked with many surgeons over the years. I researched and selected Dr Tredway to do minimally invasive spine surgery on my back 11 years ago for spinal stenosis when other surgeons wanted to do a much more invasive surgery. I know I had the best possible results. Well, with age, my stenosis has now worsened and my only selection for surgical care is Dr Tredway.
This doctor gets violent with his patients. He did my back surgery and was as misogynistic as you'd expect from a surgeon. I knew there was more going on in my spine and he literally told me "I'm a neurosurgeon. We don't get surprised." Then he realized when operating on me that I was right. I work in healthcare. He never apologized. Then he started pressuring me to get a 2nd surgery after I'd had one 2 years prior. I'm glad I didn't listen to him. I have drop-foot and at the advice of Dr. Treadway i continue to have drop-foot. I have had two surgeries and now my balance is off and continue using a Cain when I walk. My physical therapist has helped me to walk but not without pain where I had surgery. I am very disappointed to say the least.
Great doctor! Very personable and knowledgeable! Helped navigate the entire process and went to bat with insurance to make sure things were covered the way they should be. I highly recommend him! It’s also nice he has an office in Puyallup once a week so I didn’t have to go to Seattle except for surgery.
