I cannot recommend Trent enough. He was absolutely amazing with communication, we never really had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for him to reply back when we had a question. This was our first home purchase, and Trent was more than patient enough and definitely was an asset to our purchase. His recommendations for a loan company as well as someone to help with a couple of small projects we have Were top-notch. I promise you That you cannot go wrong using Trent Smart as your agent.

Trent was absolutely amazing to work with. His communication was top-notch, and he was always quick to respond and keep us updated throughout the process. My fiancé and I can be pretty picky, but Trent was incredibly patient and attentive to what we wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and we truly felt supported the whole way. We will definitely be using him for any future real estate needs moving forward.

Trent was incredibly helpful and informative at every step of the way while buying my first home!
