I'm very disappointed in the service received from this company. As a proxy for an elderly person that depends heavily on trusted community resources, it is disturbing the stories that I have to hear about (i.e, Failure of Follow-Through, Misrepresentation / Misinformation, Mistreatment, etc). With respect to this company, I'm addressing a 'Failure to Follow-through only,' which appears to have cost the principal an opportunity to have optimal medical coverage.
