I was having difficulty adding a car on using my app so I called the office and they were super efficient and helpful and they took care of it within an hour. Best service ever. I highly recommend this office.
Poor customer service! I asked a simple question about rental car coverage to a lady. She gave me a hullabaloo answer and didn’t know specifically what the question was (and gave me wrong answer), then said “oh let me get you an agent “. Also I hate begging for proof of insurance cards! The other lady emailed me one as I said I needed it for rental car and she gave me the old one that expires in 2 days! I had to ask for the new one!! The simple? Was - would my insurance cover the rental if I damaged it?…Not a liability quest... read more
