I was referred to Trent by my primary care doctor. Out the gate he wouldn’t listen to what I had to say, talked over me, and put words in my mouth. Trent is very personal and caring. He is a wonderful physician and has given me great council over the years.
Trent Lengl is literally one of my all time favorite physicians I've ever been to. I found him to be just incredibly knowledgeable about my issue, but at the same time was able to break it down in a way that i could understand it. And he really really cares. That became clear very quickly. In today's conveyor belt of fast food medical care, he was such a rare and unexpected find. He's fun. He's upbeat. And he absolutely cared about solving my problem PERMANENTLY. I need more stars.
I was angry when I left. I had to interrupt him multiple times, because he was spewing out medical terms I wasn't familiar with. He spoke to me condescendingly, criticized me for being late (I had trouble finding the location), and he told me to "look at the smiley face" he drew on the paper because his patients were, apparently, happy with his "game plan."
