We, (Paula and I) used Brookes firm TWICE! Once to sell my mother-in-laws house and then about a year later to sell ours (no realtor). Both went quickly and flawlessly! They spent time to make sure that the documents needed covered ALL of our concerns. P.S. I RARELY 'rate' anybody online, but these guys were so exceptional, I'm making an exception.
