He lied to me! He told me my cystectomy would be fully covered by my insurance under preventative care. I told him I didn’t want to do the surgery if it was going to cost me anything as I could live with it and I didn’t have much money. He assured me it was fully covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Here we are 4 years later and I am being sued by the hospital for the money I refuse to pay because I was told it would be fully covered!

I liked him a lot, and he came highly recommended to me via two coworkers. I liked him because he's easy to talk to, and he is NOT an alarmist. Very sympathetic but also very straight forward.
Dr. Failing was very clear and knowledgeable on treatment. He asked on several occasions if we had questions and followed up by telephone on more than one occasion to check on me. I highly reccomend him.
I’ve never left a review in my life but felt this was necessary. Dr failing his last name should should be your red flag. Worst Experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. Poor personality didn’t take my health Serious he tried to make me do pain management shots for a hernia and not surgery so they could run me around there a little hospital scheme !
