Dr Smith is amazing! He listens and knows a lot about my diagnosis and answers my questions. He is booked out and busy so you may have wait for a appointment but he is very good! All the staff are nice and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Smith is an amazing Dr. but getting prior authorizations and questions answered takes forever. I’ve been waiting a month to get a medication. No mention of it in the Dr notes. So I’ve called 4 times, and two messages. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. Been waiting over a month for this medication. It would be 5 stars is not for all the issues I’m having, and have had getting my medication.
I had doctor Trent Smith and was excited to be referred to a Banner rheumatologist for a condition that doctors were struggling to figure out. I experience severe pain and muscel spasms. I had to wait 8 months before i could see Dr Smith, then he wanted me to get a test done with Banner neurology. Then I had an appointment scheduled 4 months later but it somehow got canceled by the staffed so I had to wait to see him another 9 months.
