Amazing staff who are always willing to go above and beyond. I recently had a prescription filled, and they noticed that a few pills were missing. A young lady from the pharmacy called me right away to let me know and even offered to have Mohamed deliver the remaining medication to my home if I needed it. The team is amazing other than this one thing, but this is actually pretty major. The one star rating is for them being completely unprepared for things like horrible air quality and snow days, forcing their patients to risk their health and safety because they couldn't be bothered to have special delivery days. I've seen pharmacies have special snow day requests on Vancouver Island. We've had forrest fires for a while now and if I open a window I will be bedbound for days after, I will be hospitalized if I try to go out but... read more
