"I've repeatedly reached out to the property manager about a broken gate, which has allowed residents to access my property, creating a serious safety concern. Despite emails and calls, no one has responded. Very disappointing
They say "Ikey Ingram, we take reports of bed bugs very seriously. We immediately schedule treatment for any and all bed bug infestations as soon as they are reported and do everything in our power to educate our residents in order to prevent re-infestations. Thank you for your concern.". NO. it's in your power to do quarterly inspection and proactive treatment of each unit. That's why I'm not even considering moving there. Are you saying with a straight face that people literally REPORT THEMSELVES?
