The sales and service departments are very good. The video The service department sends you is very informative. The only complaint that I have is that if you make an appointment for service, they work on cars people that are waiting for, and not on people that drop off their vehicle expecting it to be done on the same day. Only to get a call towards the end of the day saying that they didn't get to it. Poor management.
