I called today to schedule a replacement service for my tire pressure sensors that I had purchased/installed by Trent in 2025 because 2 of them stopped working prematurely. The part has a 2 year warranty so my vehicle fell within the time to get the parts replaced. I was surprised to be told by Trent Cadillac that I would need to take my vehicle to Chevy of New Bern or a Buick dealership in Jacksonville for the service.
