Service department is always quick and gives frequent updates when my vehicle is in for service
Top notch service. I’m a disabled ER physician. They complied with my unusual detailed demands for power transfer unit inspections in the most professional way possible. I’m a fussy guy . Ultimately I purchased a well maintained very clean 2020 ford explorer platinum style At a competitive price sight unseen , using several videos and photos . Super staff and presumably good management . Not once did anyone make an unsubstantiated claim or overstatement.

Best experience every time I take my truck in for service! Every person there is wonderful! Every step from making my appointment, dropping off my truck, the shuttle driver, the service techs and the video they send, and checking out! It is all so easy and I love the people!
