We were very fortunate to meet Trent when we decided to pursue purchasing a cabin in Gunnison. We were familiar with the specific area we were targeting but there wasn’t anything available. Trent is a great real-estate salesman. He brings all the tools. Number one: Communication!
It took us two years to sell this small piece of property. In a year, we never heard from the first real estate agent that we listed it with. The next year we listed it with Trent Bona and he was awesome. He went out of his way to get drone pictures and to contact neighbors to see if they wanted to enlarge their property. Even when no one was inquiring about it, Trent would check in on us. If we lived in the area we would definitely use Trent again!
