I liked and had no problem with the doctors or the front desk personnel. My problem is with Prevea's practice of charging a $35 co-pay on yearly physicals when there shouldn't be. I read Prevea's letter that they put in my chart on the difference between a preventative physical exam and new medical concerns. If you bring up a new medical concern during a physical exam, they will charge you $35 co-pay. Very receptive, clear, takes time during our appointments for every concern or question we have. Very open minded and references studies when offering advice. Clearly respects role as parent decision making and we confidently trust in him for the care of our child
I was extremely impressed not only with Dr Auguston knowledge but his way explaining my health issues to me. He really set my mind at ease. When I left I felt "This is the doctor I been looking for" since my last primary care physician of many years retired in 2019.
I have a lot of trauma with doctors but Dr.Auguston has restored my faith. He has been my doctor for over a year now and has been absolutely incredible. He is so patient with me, takes time to listen to me and explain things to me, he’s the reason my health is finally back on track! And his entire team are amazing! His nurses deserve raises having to deal with me on MyChart! Thank you for treating me like I matter!!!
