Abominable. I was told, "Oh, he'll work with you." Nu-uh. My monthly income from Social Security Disability was just $100 less than his minimum, but I was newly moved to the area with $5000 in my bank account and offered to pay him monthly rather than his usual weekly, and he turned me down flat. And I supplied him with *flawless* rental references. Avoid this guy like the bubonic plague.
Don't rent from here! Full of drugs and somehow your bills get higher the longer you stay. Shouldn't that go the other way? You get light and water bills and was on vacation that month so that makes 0 sense?? Ijs
