Terrible customer service. I had a vehicle emergency after working overnight and saw that he was supposed to open at 9 AM. I called, but he didn’t answer. His posted hours are not reliable! Was super rude.
He had to make a house call because I had a no start situation. Was good about letting me know when to expect him.
Rick replaced the Struts on my Lincoln Navigator. He drove to Gordonville to do the job. Excellent work and great price. Communication and timeliness was outstanding. Would recommend him to do any mechanic work you may need.
