Tried a coat at the store, but it’s too big for me, the sales lady said I could always buy it online and if the size doesn’t fit, I’m welcome to return it back to the store. So that’s what I did. But unfortunately run into different two very unfriendly sales women in the store this time. Love their clothes
Purchased a $500 jacket same day belt loops fell off manager tried to say they are just holders temporarily - very undermining when we all know a belt loop is a belt loop , said they would fix same thing happened same day - took no responsibility had to spend more with private dressmaker to fix properly Won't shop at Trenery again they do not stand by their clothes . Very poor quality over priced .

I purchased a pair of trenery boyfriend jeans. They were the worst jeans I have ever worn. After a few wears they stretched so much they were 2 sizes bigger and I had to wear a belt to hold them up. When I took them back to the Norwood store they were not interested and told me that's how they were and it was my fault for buying then too large. I couldn't do up the smaller size. Also tried online feedback with no response. Bad customer service
