The store layout was excellent and stock beautifully displayed at that’s where it ends.!!! I have walked into Trenery Brighton a number times and never been greeted. My daughter and I went into the store this week as I was looking for a dress for an event I even said to her when entering the store I don’t like this store they are so unfriendly and make me feel awkward. I don't think I have ever reviewed a retail store before but since going to Trenery Brighton a number of times, this is my first. Trenery I love, the staff at Trenery Brighton not so much. Every time I have been to this store I have been looked after by the same woman, curly hair, 50- 60 yo. I wonder if she might be the store manager? She is not friendly at all and it seems helping you is a real problem. Such a shame as makes it uncomfortable to shop there.
