Called 3 times with no answer and tried to stop by to talk to someone to make an appointment and no one was there. I yelled "hello" "is anyone there" 3 times and no one came up. When I stopped by previously to get a gift card for a friend, there was no one at the desk and I had to flag down a stylist to come to the front. If it's that hard to talk to someone, I don't know that I'll ever get to make an appointment.

I love Kasi as my stylist, she always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Leah is a fantastic makeup artist as well. Now on the other hand the customer service here is seriously lacking from the other employees. Ive only been to the salon three times now and in my experience I am never greeted at the door or even asked anything along the lines of who I am there to see etc. Ive texted my stylist to let her know I was there because I don't think anyone would have told her.
