I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. From the very beginning, the customer service was terrible. When I called to book, the woman who answered was rude and dismissive. I should’ve taken that as a red flag, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. Not only did they completely ruin my hair (exactly the opposite of what I asked for), but they also had the nerve to charge me an outrageous price for it. This place is a joke. Rude, customer service is horrible. The owner is very disrespectful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone
