Ameerah was amazing! I called in to see if they could fix a balayage I got done somewhere else - Ameerah was professional and explained what we could do, showed me tone colors and did a fantastic job. I’m super happy with my hair :) thank you!
I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple of years now, and I’ve always loved the friendly staff. However, I recently had a haircut that left me quite disappointed. I asked for a short layered haircut with bangs and long pieces at the end. After she finished cutting it, I noticed that the bangs were uneven and the layers were uneven as well. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said that it looks like I cut it myself, not by a professional.
I'm giving this salon a 3 star rating simply because after everything that happened, I did meet a good stylist that I plan to use in the future. I initially made my appointment with one stylist, and we'll call her A. I'm a brand new client to this salon and was truly hoping I could find someone that I could go to regularly. Scheduled an appointment for an eyelash extension a month prior to my wedding day and it got cancelled the last minute. Very unprofessional.
I've see Debra and Crystal, and they do such fabulous work! Debra has helped me understand my hair and what it needs to look it's best, and Crystal gives a killer head massage while washing your hair. Highly recommend them both!!
