After reading other reviews was worried, but my experience was superb!! Jessi did mine. Perm color highlights and a trim.. best perm I have ever had!! Got my color and highlights perfect, and didnt trim more than ends where other places a trim they take off a few inches. Love it!!!
Schedualed a appointment for a coloring and a cut for my moms birthday and gave the girl my information. They neglected to notify me my appointment was cancled so much for my moma birthday present.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A SALON! ASKED FOR ALL OVER BROWN COLOR AND LEFT BLACK HEADED... THE COLOR WAS LEFT ON MY HAIR 75 MINUTES!!!!! YES I SAID SEVENTY-FIVE MINUTES. NOW TRYING TO STRIP OUT THE BLACK AND MY ROOTS ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGED! COLOR WILL NOT EVEN TAKE HOLD ON MY ROOTS DUE TO THE DAMAGE. I WORK IN PUBLIC AND THIS IS HUMILIATING TO ME!!! NEVER GO TO THIS SALON!!
