Really knowledgeable team, did a great job on my car and willing to go the extra mile!
Store is not always open during posted business hours which I didn't find out until after the install and we were trying to get the bad installation job fixed. My wife booked it in, and when I went to drop off the vehicle the guy who helped me looked like he had had a hard night of partying. I should have just drove off then, because we ended up having to go to a competitor to get it fixed. Avoid these guys!
my car was damaged in their car-park while they had it for a couple days to install equipment, they told me they it wasn't their problem nor would repair the damage or claim the repairs on their insurance, it ended up costing me over $1K.
Good service but the work is appalling. Three times I was given my keys only to find the job incomplete. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours after being told repeatedly it would be ready in 5 minutes.
