Where to even begin. I had a lady (Lisa T******) who was doing my hair for years who helped save it when it was completely fried only to damage my hair. I'm only writing this because of how I was spoke to and I wrote the salon and never heard back. (Later to find out her best friend runs the salon and nothing will probably be done about it.)
