Absolutely ridiculous. I came here for an impromptu visit and the staff were extremely rude. They kept pressuring me to do what THEY wanted on my nails. Of course what they were trying to force me to do costed more money. I kept saying no and would you believe when it came time to pay, I found out that they did in fact charge me more for what they wanted to do and what I said NO to.
